I am Not a great flyer, but when I fly Southwest I always have the best experiences. From customer service to the pilot they are all respectful to us customers. I feel safe when I fly Southwest. I refuse to fly another airline. I'M A SOUTHWEST GIRL ALL DAY LONG!
