I have been at my job 15 years. Have a day shift and off sun and mondays. I applied for a customer service position . I have been scheduled for a phone interview Just wondering if the Albuquerque call center is 24hours? Starting out what times would I be working, how often are there shift bids and would we be working both saturdays and Sunday's?
