For the past several days, our agents are unable to get past the pricing page in and continue on to make a purchase when changing reservations. They click the "Continue" button and it goes nowhere. They then have to call reservations to have them manually make the change. We have called Southwest several times and it still isn't resolved. How do you get a message to the Web team to tell them it is a problem? Thank you, Frustrated Travel Agency
