I was also told "NO" And, I was never offered a LUV voucher either. My funds expire April 20, 2021. Considering my husband and I will just be getting our second vaccination shot this Sunday, there is no way we could travel responsibly or would have, for that matter, before we are fully vaccinated. I'm very disappointed in Southwest for their non-handling of my complaint!

I called customer service and they did not offer me any extension or a travel voucher. She very politely told me I was *%&# out of luck. Very frustrating!!!

I wouldn't call that a solution! I also cancelled a flight and Southwest won't refund or extend my voucher. I find it ridiculous that the CDC was advising against flying and yet Southwest's response is "there's nothing we can do" Of course, there is something they can do! Refund my money or extend the voucher. I purchased the tickets at the very beginning of the pandemic when no one realized it would go on this long. Very frustrating!!!
