Do you know if Southwest leaves a voicemail if you miss the call asking if you are interested? I have been waiting since February 5th 2018 to hear back and my profile says recieved application.

Hello, I submitted my application a few months ago and on my profile the status says Received Submission and it was last updated on 2/5/2018. Is it normal for it to take this long to hear back? I have not completed a phone interview or any next steps in the hiring process.
