What a great and wonderful thing to do. My hat is off to Southwest Airlines and the entire staff of employees! If you had only offered this five (5) years ago! My mother had to travel by medical motor home from Georiga to Texas, which was very hard on her. She died six (6) days later. I believe this will allow many patients more time with their loved ones. Thanks for every thing you do for the people who to fly.
