I absolutely love this commercial -- especially where the baggage handlers are so "touched" and moving closer together to get their picture taken ! It's great. We customers like doing business with a company that can have fun while they do what they do. Keep it up !
After returning from December vacation I noticed there was a request looking for Employees who are interested in participating in SWA comericals. I guess it's to late to put in an application
I am so proud of our commercials...they cut to the chase, make their point and the actors really do work for us. How about one highlighting our wonderful love and care for our elderly passengers and special needs passengers. I have a terrific 24 year old autistic and mentally retarded son and it was through SWA's treatment of him that made me want to quit my teaching job and become a F/A with SW! Which I did and couldn't be prouder. All the F/A, CSA, CSR, Gr. Ops etc always made him feel wanted on the flight and important and let him "help" with peanuts. He LOVES flying but he says "Only on mom's SW planes". I think we should let everyone know our POS for everyone including the ones that are called "special." ove. Just a thought.
--The commercials were filmed in Austin with SWA people, summer 2009. One of the baggage handlers won an ad industry award for his performance ...he was up against real actors in all the other commercials.
The new commercial with all the guys lifting their shirts has got to be the most annoying on TV! Add to the fact that it's on so much, it makes it all the worse.......Come on, go back to the funny and clever "want to get away?" types
I LOVE the SWA commercial where the baggage handlers lift their shirts! It makes me laugh every time I see it and it is even better knowing that they are real employees. Thanks SWA for a great laugh and better fares.
