My son and I, as well as several other people in line, have been standing here for about an hour waiting for someone to open the ticket counter for a 6:35am flight. It is now 5:35am and no one is here. I called southwest only to find out that they are NOT required to he here in ELP until 5:45am, except the website says they open 120 minutes prior to the first flight. Ummmmm, correct me if I'm wrong, but opening at 5:45am for a 6:35am flight is NOT 120 minutes difference...so wth Southwest?? Dropping the ball I see!!!

It sure should not be that way.
However since this is a customer to customer forum this is not the place to file a complaint about it.
If that's what you want to do, here's how to do it:
