Double-check that the names on KTN and Southwest were an exact match, this can be a cause for it not to show up.
Then also you may add the KTN at the airport (or call ahead) if you have time and reprint.
As @franktravel mentioned it isn't a guarantee, but you may be able to try again at the airport or calling the 800 number in case the hiccup was that it didn't import from your profile.
When booking I always make sure that it is typed in. If it doesn't automatically populate during booking it will only be filled in later if you call or check, it doesn't come from the profile at any other time.

Hi @jonbornstein:
While TSA PreCheck is not guaranteed 100% of the time, even with a KTN, there are a couple of things you can check to ensure that the system is working as designed.
1) Make sure the name on your reservation exactly matches the name associated with your KTN.
2) Ensure your KTN is in your reservation whether you book online or with an Agent.
3)If your KTN is stored in your Rapid Rewards account, make sure you're logged in when you book your next flight.
If all else fails, a Southwest Agent can help verify your KTN is in your reservation when you arrive at the airport prior to going through the Security Checkpoint.
