Hi,
My wife and I will be traveling with our newborn son and her emotional support dog for the first time. Will Southwest let us board the plane first so we get the front row? The dog is 50-55lbs so I'm worried that if we don't get the front seat, it'll be too tight of a squeeze to put her between a normal row of seats.
Any tips on how to board the plane first so we can get the first seat?
Thanks!

SWA has quite a bit of people claiming the need to preboard. Several take advantage of the preboarding to grab the bulkhead row by just claiming they have a medical need. There way actually be one or two that are genuine.
You will see them as they jump up as soon as the plane gets to the destination, grabbing theor heavy overhead bags, and running through the terminal due to the miracle healing that occurred mid flight.
I have seen full size golden retrievers lay at its owners feet on the airplane in a regular row of seats, yours can do the same.
