I have been trying to use a link in my email to refer a friend to the credit card, but everytime I go to link it says I have the window open already. I have already cleared my history, cache and cookies and still get the same message.
Please advise where I can access the form to send my friend a referral for the card.

Yeah, that happens to me a lot too. I try and use a different browser. When that happens, I'm usually using Chrome. I'll then try using Explorer, Safari, or Firefox instead, depending on whether i'm at home or at work.
It worked the few times it's happened to me.
