If I was referred by a friend, but filled out an application and already have my card, without him sending the referral email, How can I let Southwest know that he referred me?

Sounds like you're talking about a referral for the Rapid Rewards Visa card? If so, you'd need to contact Chase: 1-800-792-0001.
That said, I doubt they'll be able to do anything for you at this point. 😞
