Southwest companion pass qualification ticket questions

I think i booked my Southwest companion pass qualification ticket on 3/27 but don't exactly remember. How do I check when I booked a flight?

How can I can check if the booked flights will be eligible as a companion pass qualification flight?

Finally, can i change the booked flights to a different destination / dates and still be eligible as a companion pass qualification flight?

• Check your email for a receipt. It'll be titled something like "You're going to Mars on 01/01 (ABCDEF)!"
• The flight qualifies if you paid with anything that isn't points or an employee buddy pass. So card, Southwest credits, things like that qualify.
• The terms state that "Changes made to any itinerary after purchase of a one-way or round trip revenue flight may eliminate qualification for this promotion"
