Is it possible to transfer rapid rewards points into someone else's account on Southwest. And if so, how someone do it?

Yes, you can transfer point to others. I advise against it. Why? Because the airline charges you for doing so, which diminishes the value of the points.
You are much better off using your points to buy tickets for other people.
However, if you still want to do so, here' how

You'll see the charge to move points to someone else.

I agree with dfwskier here. Southwest charges to transfer points so if you have enough to book the ticket from your account I would do that since you can use your points on anyone you choose.
