I booked two flights one for me under my login leaving on a Monday and a second flight for my husband leaving on a tuesday. He doesn't have a rapid reward number so I just booked in my login online. I received an email for both reservations.
The problem is when I login, I can only see "my" reservation and not my husbands? I tried calling customer service and they hung up on me three times in a row when I started to inquire about his reservation. What gives? Any advice?

It's pretty simple
Log on to your Southwest account
Click on My Account
Click on "see all trips"
Move down the page to "flight lookup" and input the ticket holder's name and confirmation number.
There's a way to do this without logging in, but I don't remember how to do so.

You only see flights you are actually scheduled to fly on under your account. You can use this link to lookup a reservation without logging in.
