I am disappointed in Southwest and the other airlines. Due to Coronavirus I feel it only appropriate REFUNDS are given. I cannot guarantee travel plans for next spring break and dates do not even align. With people not working and everything so crazy it would give piece of mind knowing that refunds were given. I hope Southwest can do the RIGHT thing!

No word from Southwest about any changes and none of the airlines seem to be refunding unless the airline cancels the flight. Best best is to wait to if Southwest cancels your flight, and then if they do, then you can get refunded.
