Yup it appears to be mostly on Boeing's inability to deliver planes.

Disagree on Hobby. It's been remodeled and it's actually pretty good there. Neighborhood, meh, that's usually what happens when an airport is nearby. It's about zoning. Do you expect rich and middle income people in an urban-ish area to want to live right next to an airport?

The airport being dropped is Houston Intercontinental -- not Hobby.
