I did not recieve a confirmation email after completing my application, and my dashboard doesn't show I've submitted, however if I try to submit again, it says I've already submitted and I have a printed screen that says my appliction was submitted successfully.  This was 4 hours ago, how long does it take to roll over and show in all areas?

It sounds as if you are in good shape! We are seeing a delay in emails as a result of the turbulence we experienced with our application system this morning. You can check out this post for some troubleshooting tips. Best of luck!
