To Whom It May Concern,
What would I do if I have not received a confirmation email regards a job position that I applied a month ago? I have been checking inbox and spam folder. Is there anywhere else that I can check for the status? My email is edfootie@gmail.com

@edfootie my suggestion to you is continue to look for updates on your dashboard. That is the best way to communicate with SW especially if you are saying your spam folder is empty.

@edfootie, I know, I did the same things but, they might call you on the phone instead of emails. I strongly suggest that you keeps an ear on the phone and they might calls you instead of emails.
The bottom lines is that: There is no way, but just keeps on checking the emails, or wait until the phone rings.
Southwest does have alot of card of tricks in their sleeve.
