I'm looking to apply to SWA Part-Time. However, I'm enrolled in school, and my schedule would have to be largely the same every week, and even then, it would change from semester to semester depending on my classes. How flexible is SWA with part-time schedules?? Do part-timers get MOT? I would be afraid of working then having to miss class due to MOT.

Hi @BenC97,
Thank you for your interest in a Career at Southwest Airlines! We would recommend applying for a part-time role, as those roles have less chance of receiving Mandatory Overtime. However, we unfortunately will not be able to guarantee a "set schedule," as schedules can change based on operational need. Best of luck!

Good afternoon,
As a part time employee, do you have any opportunities to become fulltime as a CSA?
