Hour many hours does fa need to work month to qualify for the employee health benefits?

Hi @Kimvanderkley,
Although some airlines do require their Flight Attendants to work a certain amount of hours to qualify for Employee benefits, we do not at this time.

thank you for your earlier response....is it more difficult/less flexible if you are a new fa or one who commutes like James who shared 3 days as swa fa
i have homes near phx az. and pdx oregon(not a crew base) current inflights have suggested vegas or another base. Not phx
I would enjoy visiting with fa living near phx.

Thanks for your interest in joining our Team as a Flight Attendant. Unfortuntately, all of our Flight Attendant positions are full time. Although, many of our Flight Attendants enjoy the flexibility to pick up, trade, and give away trips.
