Hello! I am becoming a little worried as I applied for the Customer Representative position on December 7, 2019 and my status still says 'Received Submission'. I've not yet heard or received an email from anyone. Should I be concerned? Also, what are the dates for training in Dallas? Thanks so much!

I've never applied to work for Southwest but I am a regular here in the discussion forums. So long as you still show a status you should be in the running. I've seen a reported wait of over a year before any progress then hiring for a flight attendant position!

I applied on Feb 2 2018 and JUST started the interview process on Monday Jan 27 2020.
