My Southwest flight this Thursday from SFO to LAS and then Sunday from LAS to SFO is affected because the CSNSA has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 virus. What are my next steps to either receiving a refund or getting a southwest credit for a later date?

Solution
Cancel your flight, preferably on southwest.com or call in if you are unable to cancel online. You will receive a travel fund in the amount you paid for the flight that is good for one year from the date you originally purchased the flight.
