I travel Southwest quite a bit and i had a message during one of my bookings that some money was possibly in my account. I had no confirmation number to help me search so I wonder if there is a way to find out if the money exists and how I might use it on future flights. Thanks

Here are a few thing.s you can try.
You could call Southwest customer service and give them the credit card number that you use to book flights. They may be able to tell you if their are credits that you have.
If that doesn't work you can do a search of your email account. Put "Southwest Airlines" in the search box. This would bring up all of your flights and conformation numbers. Now you will have to read through them to see if you have any credits.
