I miss the old Southwest

Since you mention that it was out of the islands and southwest suspended flights for some time were your flights canceled by southwest ever or did you cancel yourself 

if the airline canceled you should be able to get a refund. 

if you canceled you would have a year from your original booking date however I feel like some exception should be made if no flights existed because the canceled them however you would have to reach out to customer relations to request an extension of the funds if the funds expired after flights resumed they probably won’t be able to offer an extra extension but the only way to know would be reaching out to customer relations by clicking contact us at the bottom of this page

It was a credit by southwest. I have been reaching out to them and one agent told me I should post here also.

Since this is a customer forum, it is good for getting suggestions, but things that require a resolution rarely receive that here.
