Using credit

I want to use credit for a flight I want to book today. You said I have to enter the credit on the travel info page. Where do I find that? Do I just go to SW like I want to book a flight and it will show up? Please give me the steps to do this. Sandy Gunderson.

Yes, start booking the flight like normal and click on through to provide payment.

When you get to the payment stage, there will be an option to put in your credit card or check a box for alternate payment methods which include flight credit, LUV vouchers, etc.

The page will refresh when you check that box and you can enter your confirmation number and first and last names to apply the credit.
