I don't know what to do as I got a flight update that the 2 nd leg of a flight I booked for my adult disabled son was cancelled. I called and initially the customer service line said I could get called back within 21 minutes. After accepting to have my call returned it then stated 69 minutes. My son is traveling with a dog, does not have warm clothing as I was going to take him shopping when he arrived in Reno, and..he has very little money. I had booked his flight, he doesn't have a charge card and I'm kind of freaking out as to what to do.
