You would think so, but all the preboarding folks were on the back of the bus and had bad seats too. I have thought about preboarding before but feel uneasy about comparing my height issues and circulation issues with folks needing wheelchairs. Thank you for listening. Dgb

I am a frequent southwest traveller and generally satisfied but today I had a very unpleasant experience and no way to get satisfaction. I am 6.5 and usually get A list 1 to 15 for $40 extra. My legs hurt and i have bad circulation but feel that it is not so bad that i should priority bording ahead of folks in wheel chairs. So I was pleased today when on our flight to Fort Lauderdale I got A 1. My pleasure soon turned to surprise and displeasure when I saw we were taken to the plane in a bus and that since I was A 1 I got in the bus first and off the bus last! The plane was nearly full so I spent the flight in a seat with my knees squeezed in the seat ahead. $40 is not a lot but I feel ripped off. I think maybe someone should have told me that in this case it was worthless to buy a better boarding place. Who should I address my complaint to? DGB
