Note that the extended snack options are for longer flights, I forget the cutoff but 2+ hours maybe...but these will be similar options of baked goods, there won't be apples or grapes or other fruits - these you should bring from the airport. Clam chowder, corned beef omellettes, sauerkraut, all have to come from the airport concessions as well.
