As we're all fellow customers here no one can look up the reservation for you, but if you have a confirmation number from when you originally booked the flight you should be able to look up the reservation on southwest.com Fill in your name and confirmation number at this site to view your reservation. Be sure to use the exact same name as when you booked the flight. https://www.southwest.com/air/manage-reservation/index.html?clk=GSUBNAV-AIR-MNGRES If that doesn't work you'll probably be better off giving Southwest a call. --TheMiddleSeat

@bguzman wrote: It was my understanding from previous blogs that I was not going to incur in any charges. This would be the case if: 1) you did not cancel your flight and wanted to move your flight out by up to 60 days. You can modify your flight up to 60 days out completely for free. 2) you canceled your flight and used your travel funds to purchase a new flight and that new flight was equal or less to your travel fund balance. If your new flight costs more, you have to pay the difference. In either case, Southwest does not charge fees to change or cancel your flight. Thanks, Jessica

Changes or cancellations can all be completed online at southwest.com Near the top of the page there are large buttons for cancel or change your flight. As noted, if you bought a Wanna Get Away fare, Southwest's lowest price and non-refundable fare, you will not receive a cash refund unless Southwest cancels the flight. Instead you will receive a credit to use towards future travel that must be completed before September 2022. If you don't have any other travel to book I suggest you wait until closer to your scheduled flight and if Southwest has not cancelled the flight a few days prior to scheduled departure then you can cancel it. If Southwest cancels your flight you can call in and request a cash refund. --TheMiddleSeat

@bguzman wrote: HI, I need to re scheduled my April 7 flight number 496 for November but the calendar only allows until October. If I don t re scheduled it will appear like I did not showed for tomorrow's flight. The reservation name is Beatriz Guzman Thanks Southwest will let you change your flight at no cost to any flight with available seats on the same routing that will leave in the next 60 days. You could just pick a random flight in late May and then wait for the schedule change to change you flight again. There is no guarantee how long "the 60 days to reschedule rule" will remain in place. So if you are not holding and EBCI reservation, it might simply be easier to cancel now and have travel funds hat are good thru 6/30/21. Currently you would have to cancel by 5/31/20 to be eligible for that later expiration date. No one knows if that program will be extended.

@bguzman wrote: Great thank you, and if the flight is canceled then I receive a refund correct? If the flight is cancelled by Southwest you would need to reach out to customer relations to request the refund.

To add, while you can use/play with the funds however you'd like, they usually expire after ONE YEAR. SWA has extended that for everyone until June 30, 2021. Learn more: https://www.southwestaircommunity.com/t5/Blog/Additional-Schedule-Modifications-through-April-14-2020/ba-p/104046
