Hi! I am a CSA agent and I am looking for an opportunity as a SOS agent.
As you know as a CS agent, I work closely with SOS agents. They literally are our lifeline! have listed questions below I would appreciate a few of them being answered.
- SOS agents also under the union?
- Do they also bid for their schedules like CSA agents do?
- I assume for SOS they hire internally?
- how can one do a day in the field for SOS?
- who is the manager to be contacted for a day in the field?
- how can I have Sos job opportunity notifications through the internal job portal?
- I am very much looking to hear from you and your experience with SOS!

I am confused about the pet carrier for service animals, when in training we were told that the SERVICE dog should not be in a carrier in case the dog needs to alert their owner the pet needs to be free from the carrier. I am now being told by cohearts that they CAN be in a carrier. can someone please give me the right info.

I saw this on another forum and wanted to know what exactly they monitor? Do they record your calls, or do they video record and monitor everything too? Do they record only calls when your on them or is there a constant monitoring of cameras and phone at all times even if not with customers? "It is a great company to work from home and have great flexibility. Unfortunately for me it is too micromanaged. You only get 2 fifteen minute breaks which you can’t go over that time and a 30 minute lunch which you can’t go over either. Mandatory OT at times. Every step you’re being recorded"

Hey you thank you for the super quick reply. I have another question. Does SWA come to your home to set up some sort of cyber security or is that something already established internally in their online worker platform? Also if I wanted to go to my moms house and work from there am I able to?

Hey there! So did you find out about the equipment and internet info? Did you have to get a wired internet service? Does this mean you cannot pick up your computer and work from somewhere else if you needed to? Any info would be great!

Hello
I am wanting to know what the requirements for home computer work space is for cs&s employees? We provide our own internet and southwest compensates us for it? When it come to security does southwest provide those security measures for our computers. Can we work on laptop or does it have to be desk top? Does swa come to your home to set everything up? I will have to work from my moms home a few times a month to care for her. I am wondering if we can take our compute and work from different locations?

Hello! I currently am a newbie to Southwest. In the future few years from now I would like to move to a CS&S remote opportunity. I am wondering what are the requirements? How long do I have to work for the company before qualifying for such opportunity. Also when I go to talent career to receive notification for this particular job, I am not able to sign up for emails when this position opens up. What should I look for when looking for a CS&S on SWA career? Also is it possible to do a day in the field for this role?
