Good morning, I just need to email customer relations and cant find their address. I DONT need customer service. I'm currently on hold with a wait time of 80 minutes..not a joke. I thought maybe one of you nice folks could help me...PLEASE. Thank you

Thanks for responding. I fly over 60 times a year exclusivly with SWA. I'm not looking for my money back just a credit to use on future flights. Being that my father will never be able to fly again it's lost money.

Let me start by saying, I love SWA. I fly with SWA around 60 flights a year and Prefered and have a companion pass. I bought 5 tickets(with my SWA credit card) for my family to go to my nieces graduation at CU in Boulder on May 11th. I bought the tickets back in early April. One of the tickets was for my 90 year old father who has since taken ill. He suffered a heart attack and had pneunomia and the flu all at the same time. He was in intensive care for 7 days then rehab for 2 weeks. Thank God he is OK. He's not able to fly. I called SWA and explained, they told me to call customer relations, I did. They told me they would hold the funds for a future flight for my father, I explained that he might not ever get on a plane again. She very nicly told me the only way they could credit my card(the one it was booked on) is to get a note from my dads doctor saying he is not able to fly. I dont get it. Thanks for listening. Mike
