When I canceled our flights, only one-third of the cost was put into Travel Funds. I confirmed that the reservations were canceled for all three of us in the party. Is this normal?

Yes, travel funds are accounted for at the individual traveler level. All three travelers should see their own funds.

Thanks for the reply. This would be the case even if I booked all three of the tickets? For example, my 8-year-old doesn't have an account or RR # of his own.
